Each Fabulocs stylist, regardless of his or her previous experience, must complete the rigorous Fabulocs Natural Hair Academy curriculum and is then selected after careful examination. About the Owner
Nimat Bilal established her first hair salon in her bedroom at the age of 14 and eventually went on to own three salons in the Washington DC metropolitan area. The Fabulocs Natural Hair Gallery was born of her years of experience and intense study under master stylists. Nimat learned the craft of natural hair and locs inside and out, immersing herself into this new world she strived to learn everything she could to become the best natural hairstylist possible. She loc’d her own hair and fell deeply in love with it all over again:
