About the Founder
Like many women with coily hair, Nimat spent years experimenting with different chemicals, styles and techniques. Wearing an uncomfortable weave, sitting to endure the agony of having her hair tightly braided and tolerating scabs and unhealthy scalp conditions due to relaxers and over-processed hair was normal.
After years of trying many different styles and techniques, Nimat realized that the only hair she had not tried wearing was her own natural hair. This realization created both the fire and frustration that fueled her journey toward helping others to appreciate and love their natural hair as she did. She quickly began to immerse herself in the world of natural hair care. She strove to learn everything she could in order to provide the best products and services for kinky, coily, and curly hair types. Nimat has since dedicated her career to showing women with tight curls that their hair is as beautiful as any other hair type. Nimat went on to own three salons in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Fabulocs Natural Hair Products and Services is a result of many years of experience and the intense study of natural hair types. Nimat’s product line, the Fabulocs Natural Hair Care System, is successfully moving her forward in her calling to restore the glory of the coily crown.
